A Word from our PTO

Dear Parents,

It is hard to believe that we are already at this time of the year.  I trust you’ve had a summer full of memories and excitement.  As we look to this new school year I would challenge you to bring some of the excitement of summer with you and continue to create those memories that will last our lifetimes.  Every year it seems that the time with our children gets less and less and subsequently, the time becomes more and more precious.  Our children need us (more than they are willing to admit) to continue to encourage them as they mature through these valuable years.  To do so, we must assure that we are there for them.

The Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) is looking forward to helping you this year by making our school times together the best that they can be.  The more you help in this matter the more we can assure the success of the goal.  As with most activities, however, monetary support is vital.  We will have opportunities to raise these funds together so the burden will not be left to just a few.  The year will begin with our biggest fundraiser through our wrapping paper sales.  The more of us involved will lead to a greater value for the school to be placed toward important advancements for our children in the classrooms. 

These opportunities are also great for you as a parent to be involved with the school.  We encourage you to be involved, and we do need and cherish your help.  Your service is an encouragement to one another, your children, and the school.
